Pearls Care

  • When you go swimming or take a shower we recommend you to take the jewelry off. So you protect it from salt and chlorine.

  • To keep your pearls looking their best, use a soft, damp cloth to gently clean them once in a while.

  • After cleaning, use a dry, soft cloth to polish them. This will help that your pearls stay beautiful for years to come.

It's important to avoid using a steam or ultrasonic jewelry cleaner on pearls, as these methods can cause damage to the delicate outer layer of the pearl.

Maintenance Tips

  1. Save your pearls for last. To avoid exposing your pearls to damaging substances like makeup, hairspray, lotion or perfume, put them on as the final touch to your outfit.

  2. Lay them flat. Unlike other types of necklaces that can be hung up on display, pearl strands should be stored flat to prevent stretching or damage.

  3. Store them in a dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

  4. Create a special storage space for your pearls. To prevent scratches, keep your soft pearls separated from other jewelry in fabric-lined compartments.
